Perhaps your lawn service business will expand services to include landscaping for new homes or for those who need or want a more skilled approach making their home beautiful. It is possible that the homeowner is selling their house or condo and they want to spruce up the grounds to improve the curb appeal. You might be able to supply brochures and business cards to local realtors and get some clientele by partnering with the realtor to provide these services.  

  

Get creative about what you offer, what you charge and where you can discount. If the service business can offer lawn care in the summer and snow removal in the winter, your clients may prefer to do business with you in order to get all their grounds care from one vendor. Offer a seasonal contract at a discount and you will guarantee yourself the income and give the client dependable service. You won’t have to wait for the phone to ring and chance having the staff to visit the site at the last minute. Planning your workload and your staff time will make it easier for you to generate a revenue stream and ensure client satisfaction.
